The TDL

For some reason, our adrenalinized To Do List (TDL) is still getting longer, not shorter, but that should turn around soon. Here are a few TDL highlights that perhaps those who are traveling after us may not have to think of:
*  Living Wills, Do Not Resuscitate Orders, and Medical Power of Attorney Documents: give to the vet for each of our pets
*  Buy disposable baby wipes for toilet paper, face-washing & hand-washing use
*  Pre-pay bills and stop the mail
*  Get a prescription for antibiotics, just in case
*  Do taxes now (I am such the procrastinator), or I should say, file the extension
*  Buy Easter candy, just in case we really can celebrate our first holiday together in America!
*  Photocopy credit cards (both sides) for backup info, and make sure credit card companies are aware that we may be charging overseas
*  Clean out the fridge -- petri dishes are not cool
As you can see, this may be TDL-overkill. However, TDLs can be fun: in a crazy way! They can be thoughtful and motivating. And, by achieving them, we will be able to sleep easier on the long plane ride! Wow - a win-win outcome!
